"Today in the center of this great chamber lies legendary Billy Graham," President Trump said during his address today in the Capitol Rotunda.
Trump laid a wreath on the coffin while other politicians and well-wishers paid their respects to Rev. Graham.
He will lie in honor Wednesday and Thursday before coming back to Billy Graham Library on Friday for a final funeral.

Rev. Graham is only the fourth private citizen to lie in honor at the Capitol. The last was Rosa Parks in 2005. A little more than 30 Americans have lied in honor, including presidents, activists, law enforcement officers and military personnel.
"If there is any American whose life and life's work deserves to be honored by laying in honor in the U.S. Capitol, it's Billy Graham," House Speaker Paul Ryan said.
Graham will be laid to rest Friday at Noon beside his wife Ruth at the Billy Graham Library.
